These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of StayAtSite's website and services. By booking a call, signing an agreement, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1.Our Services
StayAtSite provides digital marketing and lead-generation services for trade businesses, which may include Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management, landing page creation, AI-powered call answering and lead qualification, SMS follow-up automation, and performance reporting. The specific services provided to you will be set out in your individual service agreement.

2. Fees & Payment
Fees for services are outlined in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A deposit is required before work begins

Ongoing fees are due in advance of the service period they cover

Advertising spend (e.g. Google Ads) is separate from our service fees and is the client's responsibility to fund directly with the relevant ad platform

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved

3. Performance Guarantees
Any performance guarantee offered (e.g. a specified number of qualified leads within a set period) will be detailed in your individual service agreement, including the date the guarantee period begins and what occurs if the guarantee is not met. Guarantees apply only to the specific terms stated in that agreement.

4. Term & Cancellation
Service terms (including any trial period, contract length, or lock-in period) will be set out in your individual service agreement. Either party may cancel with the notice period specified in that agreement. Fees already paid for services rendered are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in your agreement.

5. AI-Powered Services
Some services involve AI systems handling calls, messages, or lead qualification on your behalf. While we configure these systems to represent your business accurately, StayAtSite is not liable for occasional errors, miscommunications, or missed nuances that may occur through automated systems. Clients are encouraged to review AI-handled interactions regularly, especially during the initial setup period.

6. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to provide accurate and timely information about their business (pricing, service area, availability, etc.) and to respond promptly to requests needed to set up or maintain campaigns and AI systems.

7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, and payment processors). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these third parties.

8. Intellectual Property
Any creative assets, campaigns, or systems built for a client remain the property of StayAtSite unless otherwise agreed in writing, though clients retain full use of them for the duration of their engagement with us.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StayAtSite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or missed business opportunities, beyond the fees paid for the relevant service period.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
